At XOCHI'S GIFT SHOP, we want you to love your unique finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
